The building on the left was constructed in 1921 with walls of pressed concrete and a roof of corrugated steel. It was used by Jack Sgariglia as a warehouse for fruit.
The centre building was erected in 1857 for pioneer shoemaker James Dinning, this is one of the earliest stone commercial blocks in St. Marys.
The frame building on the right was erected as a dwelling in 1869. For forty years, it was the residence of plasterer James Lelliott.
